Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of byigital, operated by igital L.L.C. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.

1. Accounts and authority

You must have legal capacity to enter into an agreement and authority to act for any business you register. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and ensure that people you invite are authorised. You are responsible for activity you authorise in your account. Notify byigital if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. The service

byigital provides tools for creating websites, generating and editing content, managing business assets, collecting enquiries, and using supported marketing integrations. Availability depends on your plan, configuration and connected providers. Features that require an external connection do not become connected, published or active merely because you prepare a draft. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific commercial results.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the information and content you supply. You give byigital permission to store, process, transmit and display that content as necessary to provide the service, including sending relevant information to service providers you use through the platform. You must have the necessary rights, permissions and lawful basis for uploaded content and personal information. Review and approve content before publishing. You are responsible for your business’s claims, offers, website notices and communications with leads.

4. AI-generated content

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique or unsuitable for your business. It is not professional legal, financial or other regulated advice. Check facts, rights, claims and suitability before use. We do not promise exclusive rights or copyright protection for AI output. Your use of generated content is subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

5. Plans, payments and renewals

The plan, price, currency, billing interval, taxes where applicable and included features shown at checkout govern your purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled through the billing controls, subject to applicable law and the displayed cancellation terms. Annual and monthly plans have different billing periods. Trials may require a payment card and may convert to a paid subscription as explained at checkout. Publishing requires an eligible plan. Changes to plans, cancellation and payment status follow the billing controls and confirmed payment-provider records.

6. AI credits

Billable AI operations use the credit amount displayed or configured for that operation. Credits are not money, transferable funds or a promise of unlimited use. Monthly included credits expire under the applicable plan rules. Purchased packs follow the terms displayed for the purchase. Failed AI operations must not permanently consume credits; successful billable operations are charged once. If you believe your balance is wrong, raise a service request so it can be checked against the saved operation and credit records.

7. Advertising and third-party platforms

Advertising budgets are separate from byigital service fees and are paid to the advertising platform, not counted as byigital revenue. Review the budget, targeting, creative, destination and approval before launching. External platforms control review, delivery, permissions and their own charges. A prepared or paid campaign is not proof that it is active. We do not guarantee leads, sales, ad approval or performance. Disconnecting an integration does not necessarily stop an existing campaign; check its status directly with the advertising platform.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or infringing content; unsolicited or unlawful marketing; unauthorised collection of personal information; security attacks; or access to another business’s information. Do not bypass plan limits, billing, authorisation or provider restrictions. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address misuse.

9. Cancellation, refunds and ending access

Use the billing controls to manage or cancel a subscription. Cancellation takes effect according to the terms shown for your subscription and does not automatically delete your account or content. Refund requests are assessed under the purchase terms and applicable law; nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. We do not automatically promise a refund of advertising spend already committed to a third-party platform. Keep copies of important content before ending access. Contact byigital through the service-request area for account closure or requests not available in settings.

10. Liability, changes and contact

To the extent permitted by applicable law, byigital is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate AI output, customer content or third-party interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms as the service changes; the date above identifies this version. Mandatory local protections continue to apply. For questions or disputes, contact byigital through the service-request area in your account.
